Engineer Support Electronics

As member of the Avionics Hardware R&D team, you will support the development of display systems, which are integrated in the cockpit of aircrafts and helicopters.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics/Engineering. We are open for young graduates!
  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronics (we work with Video Graphics processors, FPGA, backlight and LCD optical components, ...)
  • Quality oriented: we follow development processes (DO- 254) which enables us to deliver to the aerospace industry worldwide.
  • Good knowledge of English

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • You will support the electronics development team by contributing to following crucial activities:
    • Definition and development of electronics test-setup
    • Definition and development of internal cables
    • Definition, execution and documentation of test procedures for our electronics boards.
    • Maintain technical life cycle of our electronics components database
    • Identification of preferred components and search for alternative manufacturers
    • Resolution of electronics components obsolescence issues.
  • Accuracy, quality and safety are the main objectives in your development work.
  • You work intensely together with other members of the project team to realize the product.
