Sales and Service Coordinator - Treality SVS

As Sales & Service Coordinator, you take care of customer orders for products, spare parts and projects, from order to shipment. You will be the primary interface between our customers and the supply chain or program office. Thereby you also support the general administration needs for the team.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Higher education or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in order administration in an international context
  • Fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience with Microsoft office package. Knowledge of pivot tables in Excel
  • Driven to improve and make processes more efficient with cost awareness
  • You value colleague relations and team spirit

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Own the order administration for projects, products and spares in ERP
  • Support customer requests related to availability, lead times and pricing
  • Apply established pricing/discounting and oversee/report deviations
  • Provide and support the input to inventory management and forecasting process
  • Support sales with quotations and periodic reporting when needed
  • Support other functional teams or management; travel arrangements/VISA, help organize customer visits or internal events or general administration support
  • Work together with project managers to support project deliveries and invoicing
  • Create new business partner and SOX administration
